Shipping Policy
Benchwick flooring ships by freight. Because flooring orders vary substantially in weight, pallet configuration, destination, and delivery requirements, shipping is quoted for each order.
Freight quotes
Shipping charges are not a fixed flat rate. Before fulfillment, our team confirms the ship-to address, product quantity, pallet details, and any services required at delivery, then provides the applicable freight estimate. Charges may change if the destination, order, or requested services change.
Service area and timing
We arrange freight delivery within the United States where carrier service is available. The carrier and estimated transit time are supplied with the order-specific quote. LTL transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery appointments, and can be affected by carrier capacity, weather, holidays, or accessorial requirements.
Delivery requirements
- Provide a complete, carrier-serviceable address and a reliable delivery contact.
- Tell us before quoting if a liftgate, residential delivery, limited-access service, or appointment is required.
- Someone authorized to receive and inspect the freight must be available at delivery.
Inspecting freight
Inspect pallets and cartons before signing the delivery receipt. Note visible shortage or damage on the carrier's delivery record, photograph the shipment, and keep all packaging. Contact us promptly with the order number, photos, and delivery documents so we can review a freight claim.
